PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We like how easy it is to make customizations. We also like how the Freshsales team is constantly available for phone calls for any tech problems. The flow of the pipeline is clear and prompts that are purposely set up for every deal are on the same page. It also encourages us to push the deal forward.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only difficulty that we faced is that there have been times when redundant fields are displayed. Certain glitches can be seen in the Quickbooks integration. It'd be nice if there's a colour cue in case a deal gets stalled at a specific stage.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Freshsales did a good job helping us enhance our communication. It keeps track of emails and other data we're sending to the client. It's an excellent product for our small business. It appears as if it'll really be robust for us as we scale.
