What are the best aspects of this product?

It gave lots of opportunities to help me concentrate on my sales. When I use it, I saved a ton of resources and time. The app does a tremendous job assigning potential customers. I create my own meetings and tasks while receiving email alerts. I feel like are robust featuers that can help you succeed in business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, it runs really slow. I'd like it if it runs a little faster. What's more, our customers want to create an integration with social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, and etc... I'm also in need of increasing the comments section while being given the freedom to make font customizations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can send out bulk emails to potential customers. I get get of managed and bring in large lists, make customizations of data fields, and working with emails templates. I can respond to prospective and client emails within the CRM.
