What are the best aspects of this product?
I was searching for a solution that could help me to manage the CRM. Freshsales offers great tools that are great and valuable for following our leads, converting them and keeping in touch with the existing ones. It is great tool for converting leads into customers and thanks to its score system we are able to highlight those who are interested in our services and products. The UI is fresh, everything in perfect order and seamless.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could make the dashboard more powerful when controling data.

It helps us to convert new leads, to keep in touch with the existing ones and to enagage all of them in more fun yet professional way.
