What are the best aspects of this product?
Thanks to 2-way email tracking and bulk email functions we can save lot of times and we are able to connect and interact with customers in real time. We are now more focused on our core business. The set up is easy and straightforward and if you run into some issues or misunderstanding you can always rely on product’ support service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’d like to have options to disable or at least hide some standard fields and elements so I can make the workflow even more easier, because there are some functionality that do not serve our business needs so we’d like to hide them.
