What are the best aspects of this product?

As data analyst I need a solution so I can manage CRM without wasting too much time on it. Freshsales does the job because it provides me full set of functionality for sales leads, and it shows me ways to interact with my current customers. I like that I can track potential customers and leads. Its interface is clean and straightforward and it is highly customizable. Thanks to its mobile apps I can keep track of records and track numbers and emails in less than no time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be really frustrating when I need to delete huge amount of records manually.

It helps me to track, score and highlight potential sales leads. I can easily extract information and it helps me to manage all my sales leads and current customers professionally.
