What are the best aspects of this product?
It appears to have rapidly improved. You'll realize that it offers a combination of just about every Sales CRM there is. Anything that appears relevant to a contact can be see in the comprehensive page. Interactions with other people that can't be spotted in your contact list can automatically receive additional leads.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It appears the contact sync isn't available. We wanted to depend on Zapier to synchonize directly with Google. Pricing will be more expensive as you move up to higher tier plans. Its iOS app isn't formatted for the iPhone X and it doesn't look polished.
