What are the best aspects of this product?
I have great experience with Freshsales, I tried Salesforce, Sugar and Nimble and as far as I can tell Freshsales offers huge amount of features that are great for running our services. The system is intuitive, easy to use and its UI is simple and straightforward. There are lot of things that I like about this tool, like email tracking, read receipts, reply notifications. I can respond to emails and keep in touch with our customers in real time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could enlarge the size od the data entry box when replying to an email, I believe they will work on this issue.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to provide quick response to emails, we can choose email templates and track leads and customers. Everyone in our team is on the same page and everything is under their control thanks to Freshsales solution.
