What are the best aspects of this product?

It gives my team and I the freedom to send out drafted emails with on a customized pattern then setting a timetable for those, and synchonizing them with calendars. I can automatically get them to our contact records to have all the pertinent details exported. I love using it!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I didn't run into any issues with this tool. As for my team, they're totally happy using it. The best thing with this is that it can help us be more productive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We love how a system with notifiers can ensure we'll never lose out on any appointed task. Among those tasks are new comments and notes. In addition, it's possible to come up with possible customized reports for every opportunity or contact.
