What are the best aspects of this product?

The good thing with this is that you can monitor all activities you've made with the customer. It's a big help especiall when trying to meet the goals that our boss has proposed for us. In addition, it lets us know on how we can close a deal. It has loads of information. Plus it has tutorials that are easy to understand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's hard working with its especially when the internet starts to slow down. That means it would entail one to have a very fast internet connection to run this platform. It gets crazy at times when trying to get to the database. We can't export the .CSV information from our own data feed sheet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's now possible to keep track of new leads or deals that we're dealing with. Before, it was difficult doing all that on paper. In addition, we're learning how to send out customized emails to clients.
