What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the Kanban function with deals. I love filtering out my customers/deals or leads filtered according to my preferences. I get to keep my leads/contacts/companies separated while showcasing relationships of all parties. When it comes to online support, Freshsales is fantastic since you get answers almost immediately.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's currently no dashboard available in their Garden plan. There are issues connecting customers between this tool and Freshdesk. Training requires further attention regarding content being covered during webinars and taking part in the test. If training is a lot more interactive webinars, then dealing with situations imposed by questions in a test can be answered.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Getting documentation directly linked to a customer/deal. Having the admin aligned with customers. Tasks, notes, and appointments are readily available right away on a contact/deal. Linking support tickets to a customer so you're better prepared when visiting a customer.
