What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that we can manage leads easily and put all data on each client. This is great solution for team work because I can assign tasks to my co-workers. I get email notifications whenever client checks on an email.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t like that ranking points of a lead stop rise when changing some information that wasn’t accurate or when I need to add new camps and info. It would be great if the points rise up whenever client shows some interest such as feedback. Also, they could add option to clean data.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool provides me with full information about my clients and their behavior. It helps me to track customers who are interested and to leave behind those who aren’t. It increases management and responding time of each deal and lead.
