What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like Freshsales and everything about this solution. I can easily set up account by using its features. The UI is seamless and intuitive onel. It offers great set of features that provide us with neccessary insights that are helpful for closing deals. I personally like the in-app email notifications, website visitor analytics and segmentation and automatic profile enrichment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could make follow-up emails automated based on prospect’s behavior.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool to manage pipeline, track potential customers, engage them and convert them as our customers, we can interact with our current customers and follow leads.
