What are the best aspects of this product?

I like everything it has to offer. I like how you can customize things. The support team has been nothing short of fantastic. Pleasant user interface experience. Functionality is excellent. This is a system that takes a bit of time to develop. I gets better with time. The implementation was helpful for our development.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the biggest difficulties that I had to face was creating everything from scratch. Implementation appears to be a bit slow. The great thing with HubSpot or Salesforce is that they've done those things a million times. As a result, they've got templates for it.

Having the flexibility and customizations to plan ahead of time. It also has more to offer. Plus, you get to create your own system that can run efficiently and is convenient to use.
