What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is really simple to utilize. It's what we like most when it comes to FreshTeam. Fast and intuitive in inputting and managing information of each candidate. The dashboard is very much simple and straight to the point. Ideal for recruiters and hiring managers who want to see every single detail going in the process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I'm commenting right isn't much about hating things. It's more like a request that I want to include in the software. This product is a great in organizing things and saving time for my recruiting team so they can remain productive. While apps for tracking is great, it lacks that communication feature between the recruitment team and candidate or otherwise known as the "Voice" communications exchange.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Freshteam did a splendid job resolving problems in terms of organization and communication. Every recruiting team member gets to see what's happening with the candidates.
