What are the best aspects of this product?

It enabled us to go from a single shared mailbox for managers to a system that every manager can gain entry and peek into conversations, documents, and timeliness related to candidates. Along with that include manager rankings, feedback of interviews, and collaboration for the hiring team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's a bit of a learning curve since the product itself is new to the market. Certain features like removing candidates or LinkedIn uploads aren't available. I just hope the product will expand even more as time goes on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software gave us a platform to deal with any incoming applicants. Before that, we had to that we were handling shared email account with managers. Freshteam not only enabled us come up with job descriptions and getting them posted on Facebook, but it also gave us a portal page for details to be filled out by new candidates and where they canh hand their resumes to.
