What are the best aspects of this product?
Alike other chatbot manufacturing platforms, Frontman is quite more reliable and has more feature at a very competitive price. I have seen 15 x more leads on websites, and as a marketing professional, I know that this amount of boost in leads matters a lot.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Till now, I haven't found any problematic thing in this tool, it lacks voice recognition or voice conversation feature, but I guess it will be updated soon. Besides that, even without that feature, it gives pretty good results.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Probably, it should be voice and facial recognition system.
