What are the best aspects of this product?

It makes it easier to manage and monitor a hundred or even thousands of contact information. I have more than a thousand contacts and remembering their purpose is really a big job. I love that FullContact lets me add reminders or notes. It's very helpful in remembering the conversation we had with a certain contact. Apart from the ability to efficiently manage my contacts, it's also easy to upload a business card. And since the app works on mobile phones, it's very convenient. I can use it whenever and wherever I go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Contacts are often duplicated. I think it happens whenever I use the mobile version to update contact information and the changes made are not immediately registered.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has made it easier to collect business cards. The mobility and flexibility it offers have been very helpful to me who works not only in the office but also in the field.
