What are the best aspects of this product?
Our team has switched to FullContact because the other similar products we tried fall short of expectations. They either provide less value than the money we paid them or does not provide enough critical data our company needs. Switching to this platform was a great decision. Our team is now more productive and able to respond to clients quickly. Also, the system itself is very easy to use and has a really awesome and friendly customer support staff.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The number of fields documentation on the dashboard is limited. It would be nice if they would add more of it. Also, there's no statistic of users who are found and not found.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This has helped us acquire more actionable insights which we use to make user experience way better than before.
