FullContact’s API is a remarkable company. It’s a combination of affordable and easy solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They are indeed the best source for marketing and gathering information though they need to work on other data such as demographics. I believe they are onto it though.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It works well with our CRM platform not to mention that its free to integrate. Gathering data is easy with just the use of an email address without compromising facts or details.
