PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This API is very easy, simple to use and helpful in acquiring more information about our contacts. Usually, we only receive leads with their phone number or email address. FullContact, however, help us get a deeper insight into the prospect using only the said data even before setting up a client meeting

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find their pricing plan not flexible enough. It would be nice if they offer an option to pay only for the service we use because not all the time we receive thousands of requests and not at all times our agents are active.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to learn more about the prospect even before we contact them. This platform helps us get the social links and other details of our prospect leads which we use to get more details about them like whether they are single or married, their current address, etc. which we utilize solely for marketing purposes.
