What are the best aspects of this product?

We never had problems integrating FullContact with our Freshsales CRM. Also, the program is really effective and help us build a sales development process that works. This is a partner for sale's team success.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are limitations when using our paid account via the platform's dashboard. But we solve it by using the API instead. No complaints about the API integrations though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since using this solution, our ROI has significantly improved. The platform has helped us find direct contact information of our prospect customer with so much ease. In return, we are able to scale our new customer onboarding efforts quickly.
