What are the best aspects of this product?

The ability to get the social media links including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, etc. of your contacts and reach out to them via the said social media platforms. This also gives us the opportunity to get a deeper insight helpful in handling clients efficiently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the price is a bit high for the range of features the product provides. They can either make the price less expensive or add more features, or bring more value to the customers.

The ability to get social media links has allowed us to create and do more personalized marketing campaigns. Through the information we get from the social media profiles they provide, we are able to tailor the marketing campaign to their preferences and needs.
