What are the best aspects of this product?

There are none. Customer service is nonexistent. The only answer you ever get from anyone is a list of instructions.

It's a shame because they had a great product when it was nonprofiteasy, but ever since becoming Fundly CRM it has become worthless and the entire company has completely gone downhill.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting is impossible to use unless you are a computer programmer. Instead of thinking about what could actually work better, they just kept adding new stuff that is useless because you need to have a degree in engineering to figure it out. Used to be a very user friendly, easy to use program ... not anymore

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

NONE! THERE NEEDS TO BE NO MORE VERSIONS OF THIS PRODUCT!

none were solved - just created more headaches and anxiety
