PROS: There are none. Customer service is nonexistent. The only answer you ever get from anyone is a list of instructions. It's a shame because they had a great product when it was nonprofiteasy, but ever since becoming Fundly CRM it has become worthless and the entire company has completely gone downhill.

CONS: The reporting is impossible to use unless you are a computer programmer. Instead of thinking about what could actually work better, they just kept adding new stuff that is useless because you need to have a degree in engineering to figure it out. Used to be a very user friendly, easy to use program ... not anymore
