What are the best aspects of this product?
Funnel CRM software offers lots of functionality at a value for money. While the customization options aren't as extensive as those of some other CRMs I have used, there are a lot of ways that Funnel meet my needs. On top of that, everything within the Funnel CRM is built to work together, there isn't a need for tech knowledge to use it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Funnel is a massive company with big teams in 2 countries, and when you need to get in touch with a live person, you feel the size. It's not unusual to be speaking to live system before speaking to a live person. On the upside, once you get through, everyone is quick to assist, friendly and diligent about quick follow-ups. While customer service is certainly a concern, for the value for money point and built-in functionality, Funnel is a very well recommended.

Every feature provided by Funnel meets my company needs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
In general, Funnel CRM is easy to implement, use as well as user-friendly. The fact that it offers a 14-days free version for anyone who are interested, especially small business and freelancer. Besides that, the systematic CRM delivers an easy follow-up step with clients as well as keeping up deals with leads.
