PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The main thing which mesmerised me is the value given against money and the user-friendly interface. It is quite useful and easy to integrate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Well till now every aspect is fine and such easy to understand. The contact forms are very easy to make and edit if needed. the thing I love about FunnelCRM is that you don't need to make a new form if you made some mistake in the first one.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Though Funnel CRM is going good, as it is usually said that "If there is no room for improvement so change the room." I would love to see if they can add some more integrations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using Funnel CRM Our were so disturbed about the status of our projects, due to which we face difficulties to set timelines and our performance was getting down on daily basis. Since we encountered Funnel CRM every project is being delivered efficiently.
