This platform has several great features that facilitate remote communication. It has good search capabilities and a screen sharing feature. It also allows users to modify their chat responses. It can be easily integrated with Office 365 and synched with the users’ calendar.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a lot of room for improvement in this software. It takes a while to load when using the screen sharing feature in a meeting that involves many participants. Its chat capabilities cannot be used simultaneously with the screen sharing feature. We also encounter issues about software use, especially whenever they release a new version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Fuze helps us communicate with each other and perform our jobs more efficiently. It is great for remote work setups. We appreciate that it has a screen sharing feature. We are able to stay connected to our team members and respond to job-related queries and issues more quickly.
