What are the best aspects of this product?

This software makes the job easier for our IT team. It is well-designed and it comes in a mobile version. I love that it gives me a lot of options for configuration for both mobile and desktop use. They made recent changes on the screen sharing and info viewing features which made the experience with this software a lot better for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when we encounter issues about headset use with this software. The company could do better in terms of management and customer support service. They need to work on their Paltronics integration for it to be on par with that of their competitors on the market. More analytics feature and access would also be appreciated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Fuze is a cost-efficient tool for collaboration. We are more efficient and able to get more desirable results since we replaced our old PBX system with this one. We are also able to save a lot of money by using this for international calls.
