I love that it has an uncomplicated UI design. Fuze makes it really easy to handle calls.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish I don’t need to update the software as frequently as they want me to. This issue may be occurring due to the pandemic. I hope they will be able to fix this soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Fuze, we can attend to calls real time – a thing that we haven’t been able to do with our previous solution. We are also given the option to put notifications into quiet mode when necessary.
