An indispensable tool for my work.

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I love that G Suite is accessible on just about any operating system, be it Android or Apple. It lets me multi-task and allows me to send emails on my personal account even while logged in to my business account. Hangouts Meet is a favorite feature of mine too. It lets me hold conference calls and record walkthroughs for smooth communication.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't think there is any aspect of G Suite that I particularly don't like.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We run most of our communications through this brilliant tool. This is where we exchange ideas and send files in for review and revision.
