What are the best aspects of this product?

G Suite gives you access to all of Google's tools with just a few clicks. It's very easy to learn. I love that it anticipates the needs of your team too and helps you make the most out of Google's tools.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that they would consider a company payment scheme rather than a per-user payment scheme. The costs can easily add up with the current plan.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

G Suite helps me and my team stay on the same page re our projects and their deadlines. Calendar syncing and document sharing are just some of the brilliant ways that this tool has supported us.
