What are the best aspects of this product?

G Suite is a great tool for assisting the submission, revision, and approval of work outputs. It also lets me access my business email and personal email at the same time. I've been enjoying the benefits of this tool so far.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I guess one issue that I have with G Suite is that I need to have a solid internet connection just to be able to open a file saved in its system. Needless to say, this can be quite inconvenient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There's probably nothing we don't do at work that we don't course through G Suites at one point or another. We use it to share files and approve them, give feedback, and even collaborate with our teammates.
