What are the best aspects of this product?

This is probably one of the best productivity tools available in the industry. I love just how accessible G Suite is. It lets me stay on top of my workload and provides me great assistance even if I am on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't think I've come across any major issue yet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Because it is based online, I can easily tap into my ongoing projects and work on them even when I am working on the field. It has all the tools that I need. I think that G Suite is really on to something here.
