What are the best aspects of this product?

Kudos to the team over at Google for coming up with this suite of tools. It is a complete toolbox that encourages productivity and continues to keep my files safe and secure. I particularly love how accessible it is. I can be anywhere in the world and I still have access to all of my files...I can edit, finish, and save documents easily on-the-go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Just as any cloud-based programs, G Suite is only as good as the internet connection that you hook it up with. With that said, I don't think that there's anything else to complain about this robust set of tools.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

G Suite continuously provides me with reliable backup storage for my files. There has been one too many instances where I've been cornered to submit a document that had otherwise been saved in our physical storage at work. With G Suite, I can easily tap into our database and access my files.
