What are the best aspects of this product?

What I find most impressive is the storage space that G Suite has given me and my team. It is a tool that we all use at work, and there seems to be an endless supply of storage for us. Of course, we use it for other tasks too such as sending emails and managing our files. I love how we can easily retrieve files even when we are on-the-go. It makes files accessible and secure at the same time. I don't think we have ever lost a file here at G Suite--everything is accounted for and readily available. One can easily learn and make the most out of this suite of tools because the interface is friendly and simple.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Unfortunately, you can't access and open any file from G Suite if you don't have an internet connection.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use G Suite mainly for creating, editing, and storing our files in a safe and secure environment. We also use this for sending email correspondence.
