What are the best aspects of this product?

G Suite is a convenient tool to use. It allows me to share, receive, and make changes to documents even when I'm on-the-go. Its inclusions help me stay productive and on top of my work too. Plus, it provides a good communication platform with Hangouts tools.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that they would just make all of the Google apps accessible in G Suite instead of asking users to download all 19 apps separately.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

G Suite allows me access to files and documents even when I am out on the field. It is a good platform for collaboration with my team too. I can easily conduct meetings and send instant messages to any of my team members.
