What are the best aspects of this product?

G Suite makes creating, sharing, and editing files a lot easier. It also helps us manage our documents more efficiently. Collaboration is possible and a lot more seamless with this tool supporting us too. Keeping track of emails and other user accounts is possible here as well. This is a complete solution that assists us in our day-to-day tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that G Suite would add an instant messaging app in its suite of tools. It can be a little slow at times too. Despite missing an instant messaging service plus being too slow at times, the price of the whole set is still quite steep. We have been paying for their services every year.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use G Suite mainly to track all of our email correspondences. Plus, we also use it to send files and submit them for editing and/or approval. So far, this has been an easy to use and responsive tool. It lets us stay productive and assists us in practically all aspects of our work.
