What are the best aspects of this product?

I love just how complete this solution is. It is an emailing tool, a database manager, and so much more--all rolled in one. Microsoft is still eons away when it comes to advancement and updates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Gmail is no longer as clean as it used to be--there is a lot of unnecessary stuff littered in its interface. Some of the apps need some time getting used to as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We tap into G Suite mainly to manage our emails and keep a secure database for our documents.
