What are the best aspects of this product?
G Suite is probably the most complete office toolbox that I've ever used. It has all the tools that I need in one--from emailing to calendar creation, document management and storage, and even instant messaging. It caters to a wide range of office needs that I need on a day-to-day basis at work. I also think that it is great how accessible the tools under G Suite are. They can easily be installed on just about any device, even on mobile! Whatever file or document that I create or share here, I instantly have a back-up of it on Google drive. It is convenient and you'd be hard-pressed to lose any file while you use this robust set of tools. If you want to keep track of and stay on top of deadlines, you can simply log your to-dos on Google Calendar too. As a final note, G Suite has all the office tools that I need at an affordable price.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
G Suite is a reliable tool and I don't think I have come across any major issues while using it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have been more productive and efficient ever since we started using G Suite.
