Looking at it as a whole, I love Gainsight's people. They really know their thing. They offer fantastic service in all aspects. For the product itself, I like how flexible the tool is.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Surveys have been a huge pain. Thing is, a bulk of this challenge is overcoming the latest survey feature.

We wanted a scalable approach in comprehending and enhancing adoption trends. The same goes for interacting business value to consumers and preserving customer health view across the organization. We're in the middle of carrying our certain GS features. An example of this is our Success Plans.
