What are the best aspects of this product?
Its own e-mail thread houses info from clients who've made their first inquiry all the way to the "Thank You" e-mail. You easily peek into all e-mail in a single location. That way you can pick it up almost immediately as the phone is ringing. And you get to refresh your memory on the things you've been talking about.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's one thing that I don't like. Most of my clients block the special e-mail thread coming their way. A lot of times, it goes straight to the Spam folder. This led to some interruptions in the process. I always do a follow-up with additional e-mail I've yet to hear or know that the client already opened the e-mail.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's helpful with my team's overall communication. That same goes with those in sales. We're able to see which person responded to who. And then picking up where the one left off. You get to mention a team member booking/lead and make an inquiry.
