What are the best aspects of this product?

A highly intuitive software. This starts with new leads alerts. Communication is easy with this software. Gather ensures everything from contract signing to templates are smooth. I like how the software can integrate all communication streams from one point of refernece to going back and seeing conversations made with the client.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Only a few criticisms that come into mind. If I wanted to improve this, I'd change a number of things. When peeking through docs for a certain event, navigating from one place to the next results to you getting booted out of the platform. You'd have to log righ back in. This is annoying especially when you want to look into a number of documents or want to print out something.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform now has an improved streamline for our business. We did eveything by hand with this software. It enhanced responsibility and efficiency for our event planning.
