What are the best aspects of this product?
I operate a high volume restaurant. Getting my hands on this software made it easier for our internal communication. I'm working at a corporate office. I deal with a couple locations which tends to make communication a bit challenging. It helps to offer our whole team with the right info so it would give me the chance in answering inquries swiftly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I feel some updates should be made with the homepage. This would allow for moving through leads easily. By clicking each one, you won't have to go back to the main page. I love working within my e-mail account instead of the system. There have been instances where it can get repetitive when I'm logging in.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
At the moment, we're trying to put up another business (off-location) via one of our locations. It's a matter of determining how you can utilize the calendar the right way. We have music events in one of our venues. So it can pose serious challenges in incorporating that on the calendar without getting confused with other locations. I'm getting receptive feedback from staff and clients regarding how the system functions.
