What are the best aspects of this product?
Gather is great tool when it comes to organizing every event details in one. All event details are broken down into small pieces/tabs for messages, financial and BEO’s. As part of restaurant group there are lot of events that are happening. Gather helps me to keep track of details in more organized way and to send messages with questions or updates to our event teams or management department. I don’t have to go online or to search through old word documents in order to find event notes. It makes my job easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The old system had everything in a word document and it wasn’t available online. All in all, I like this product.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The management and event team members are allowed to take a look of the same information no matter where they are. We are able to send each other updates and event notes within the system without tracking each other down or to wait for email response. It helps us to run our events smoothly.
