What are the best aspects of this product?

The email communication stores all important information from clients’ inquiry to thank-you messages. We are able to look at emails in one place and to pick up the information we need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are lot of things that I like, but my only dislike is that my clients say that the emails goes directly into the spam. I always follow up additional email if there is no feedback or “seen” that the client has opened the email, this is great feature though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to improve the communication with both my and sales team. We are able to see who has responded to who. We are able to mention a team member in a booking or lead and to ask questions, or to notify other that there are some changes in the event.
