What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the connection I have with my clients. I’m using mobile app to check the availability on the go and to respond to questions via messages. The response time to client inquiries is very important, this helps me to be ahead of competition. It is flexible tool that allows me to do my work from anywhere.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The business mobile app misses calendar view. This is very important because I need to check specific dates. Right now I have to scroll via hundreds of bookings in order to find what I’m looking for. Also, there are no full messages fed on the desktop version. When I receive lot of messages in one day it can be difficult to review them without looking back through emails.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thankfully, we don’t have to work with papers any more. I still have some clients who want print document but I have cut down on some individual wishes.
