What are the best aspects of this product?
Gather’s layout has some learning curves, but once you learn it becomes interesting and it saves lot of time. I don’t have to submit event notes, financial breakdowns, contracts and proposals into various system because Gather allows me to do all the work from one place.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I don’t like is the tag “Food” items in event summary because it can be little confusing. We have different categories and the “Event Notes” that we have to select are already in pre-selected categories. It can be really annoying.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It saves us lot of time, the setting up of proposal and payment through the system is great. It helps us to create professional workflow. It allows us to set up a picture on the top and downloadable PDF’s at the bottom so our clients can clearly see the full contract. It helps us to look more professional and our clients are taking us more seriously.
