What are the best aspects of this product?
Gather has made my work life a lot simpler. I use it at home, on the road, and at work. It's intended to manage and host events happening in our establishment. I like how I can keep track of the amount of money I'm raking into my business by including payment and keeping track of them per category. This is meant to help accomplish my business goals.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I just wish there's a way in keeping track of returning guests. Or at least have some sort of a setup for a recurring reservation. We've got plenty of clients booking on the first Monday/13th Month monthly and etc... It would be convenient to be doing this all at the same time instead of making varying events and sending a lot of proposals through e-mail. It'd be a plus to create events and checking the whole calendar from the mobile app itself.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I do my best to keep up with the webinar on Wednesday as I continue learning from them! I like the part where I can keep track of the money I can bring to the able. This can be done by means of payment additions and keeping track of them via category. Obviously, these are meant to help reach my goals in business.
