Simply put: Gather is a great product. It's simple. It makes it easy in keeping track of any party. It houses all info of an upcoming event in a single location. This makes it possible for anyone with access to find it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest with you. There's not really a lot of things that I hate with the product. If wanted to hate something about it, maybe it would have something to do gathering payments online. That part can be confusing in the initial going.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're figuring out a solution when booking parties from a number of locations. This product gives managers accessiblity in viewing other locations calendar as well as having effective communication in a single place. That way, nothing will ever get lost. We understood the amount we're making when it comes to private events hosting. We also found an effective means of rewarding managers who were able to book additional events.
