PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

With this software we can easily communicate with our clients. Everything within the software is easy to use, starting from client’s online portal to automatic generated forms that we can send. We look forward to use its Gather Payment function.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish to see synch with Outlook, it has synch with Google calendar but we prefer Outlook. I would like to create custom forms and reports, their stock reports that are great don’t meet our needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The main reason why we use Gather is the ability to streamline event details and to manage contracts and payments. In the past we used excel documents, calendars and emails and every time we had some event form we had to retype the information that was always changeable. Thanks to this program database we know that everything is updated and that we are allowed to create forms with just one click.
